YOUR MISSION

• Lead and execute supplier quality management system (QMS) audits, drive corrective and preventive actions, and contribute to manufacturing excellence and supplier capability development across PUMA Footwear supply chain. Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of PUMA Footwear Quality Management Systems (QMS), standards, and governance frameworks
• Quality Audits, Compliance & Corrective Action Management: Conduct quality system audits at Tier 1 suppliers according to the audit plan. Evaluate manufacturing processes, quality systems, operational controls, and product quality performance. Identify compliance gaps, process weaknesses, and quality risks. Support issuance, follow-up, and verification of CARs and CAPs. Monitor corrective action implementation and effectiveness
• Quality Systems, Standards & Governance: Support the development, review, and maintenance of Footwear Quality Manuals, Standards, SOPs, protocols, and guidelines. Assist in ensuring compliance with PUMA quality requirements, industry best practices, and applicable regulatory requirements. Support standardization of quality processes across supplier facilities. Maintain quality documentation and governance systems
• Continuous Improvement & Capability Development: Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve process capability. Analyze audit findings, quality trends, and performance data. Assist in supplier capability development programs and training activities. Promote best practices in quality management and manufacturing excellence
• Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with suppliers, Material, development, Manufacturing Operations, and quality teams. Communicate audit findings, quality risks, and corrective action progress. Support cross-functional projects focused on product quality and manufacturing excellence. Build effective working relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders

YOUR TALENT

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• At least 7 -10 years of experience in footwear manufacturing, with strong knowledge of quality management systems, supplier quality assurance, audits, and continuous improvement
• Experience with international brands or global supply chains is highly preferred. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, data analysis, and reporting tools
• Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese. Chinese is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to conduct audits, identify root causes, manage supplier quality, and work effectively with stakeholders
