Summary We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and technically sound Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance to oversee and drive the quality management systems at our Jos Factory.
Key Responsibilities
- Raw Material Inspection & Testing: Oversee the rigorous testing of all incoming chemical raw materials (including Polyol, TDI, catalysts, blowing agents, and additives) to verify purity, viscosity, and moisture content before discharge into storage tanks.
- In-Process Quality Control (IPQC): Monitor and control critical parameters during continuous and batch foaming operations, ensuring correct chemical formulation ratios.
