- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering with 8–10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing and production operations.
- Strong knowledge of assembly processes, PCB assembly and testing, reflow and wave soldering, production planning, line balancing, and electronic manufacturing processes.
- Experienced in managing production teams and shop floor operations, with a good understanding of IPC standards, ESD handling, quality systems, ERP systems, and MS Office tools.
- Possesses strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have
- Experience in high-volume electronics manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Functional Testing, and Burn-in processes.
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple production lines.
