We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager - Outlet to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the daily operations of our outlet while fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.   • Oversee and manage all daily outlet operations, ensuring strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and established standards
  • Lead, mentor, and develop outlet staff to build a high-performance culture, support career growth, and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Drive sales performance and revenue targets through strategic planning, team motivation, and implementation of effective promotional campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, sales metrics, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, outlet cleanliness, safety standards, and visual merchandising to maintain a premium customer environment
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met and handle customer complaints with professionalism, empathy, and transparency
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on outlet performance, sales trends, operational challenges, and strategic recommendations to senior management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives, strategic objectives, and organizational goals
  • Handle cash management, reconciliation, and financial accuracy while maintaining compliance with financial protocols
  • Maintain and optimize point-of-sale (POS) systems and leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of relevant Food & Beverage experience
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within Food & Beverage is required
  • Experience managing an outlet, bar, restaurant, lounge, or similar operation is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards and operational procedures
  • Good knowledge of HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
  • Experience with beverage cost control, stock management, requisitioning, and inventory procedures
  • Experience in staff scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with relevant hotel/F&B systems
