Job title: Assistant Manager - Northlake Mall, Hollister
About the Role The Assistant Manager role blends business strategy, operations, creativity, and people leadership to drive sales and deliver best-in-class customer service. You will oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and optimize store processes. This role also combines brand storytelling, floorset updates, product knowledge, and talent development with a promote-from-within mindset for future leadership.
What You'll Do
- Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
- Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
- Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
- Train and develop the non-management staff.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
- Build and maintain visual displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
- Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
- Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
- Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
- Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
- Maintain a strong customer focus.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends.
