About the Role
Assistant Manager at a new Kwik Trip store location (Kwik Star 1767) will oversee all aspects of running a retail/food location, including people, operations, and profitability.
What You'll Do
- Hire, train, and schedule 20-60 coworkers
- Be willing to work in the kitchen and uphold food safety standards
- Manage ordering, inventory control, and P&Ls
- Lead cleaning, stocking, and maintain a clean and inviting store
- Address coworker and customer concerns with strong communication and problem-solving

- Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $56,000.00 to $81,855.80 per year
- 40% of pre-tax profits back to coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability
