About the Role
The Assistant Manager will oversee all aspects of running a Kwik Trip retail/food location at our new store in Hartford, SD. This role focuses on leading a team, maintaining food safety, managing inventory and finances (P&Ls), and ensuring a clean, inviting store that delivers top guest service.
What You'll Do
- Oversee all aspects of running a retail/food location
- Hire, train, and schedule 20-60 coworkers
- Work in the kitchen as needed
- Maintain food safety standards
- Manage ordering and inventory control
- Assist with P&Ls
- Ensure store cleanliness and stocking

- Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $56,000.00 to $81,855.80 per year
- 40% of pre-tax profits back to coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of gross annual wage depending on company profitability

- Schedule: Typically 45 hours per week over 5 days; overtime paid at time and a half for hours over 40
