Assistant Manager at a Kwik Trip new store location in Brookings, SD. This role oversees all aspects of running a retail/food location, including leading a team, overseeing operations, and upholding food safety and guest experience.
What You'll Do
- Hire, train, and schedule 20-60 coworkers
- Must be willing to work in the kitchen
- Ensure food safety and quality standards
- Ordering and inventory control
- P&Ls and financial oversight
- Cleaning and stocking to maintain a welcoming store

- Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $56,000.00 to $81,855.80 per year
- 40% of pre-tax profits back to coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of gross annual wage depending on profitability

- Schedule: Typically 45 hours per week across 5 days; time and a half for any hours over 40 in a week
