About this role

Assistant Manager

Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the establishment
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Supervise and train staff members in various roles, including bartending, cooking, and kitchen help
Collaborate with the manager to create schedules and assign tasks to team members
Ensure food production meets quality standards and follows food safety regulations
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
Maintain inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
Assist with administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, and record keeping

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of bartending, cooking, and kitchen operations
Ability to effectively lead a team and delegate tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
Culinary background or relevant certifications are a plus
