Data Mgmt. Reporting Support – Assistant Manager Position Title: Assistant Manager Reports to (Responsibility Level): Service Delivery Leader – Fin Ops Supervises: Individual Contributor Location: Noida Global Grade: GG 10 ComplexityPID/s Load Mapping: NAP Position Summary The Data Mgmt. Reporting Support team plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of financial data across the organization. This position supports financial reporting through structured data management, analytical review, and delivery of stakeholder-focused insights that drive operational and strategic decisions. Job Responsibilities Maintain and update daily financial reports by integrating current ledger values and conducting variance analysis to ensure data accuracy and reporting reliability. Perform regular reconciliations with ledger and analyze data to validate financial integrity and proactively resolve discrepancies. Develop and distribute customized financial reports with embedded analysis tailored to stakeholder needs, enabling informed decision-making. Support audit coordination by preparing and reconciling of US Business policy-level accounting and non-accounting data files to support external auditors. Education, Technical Skills & Other Critical Requirement Education MBA Finance Commerce Graduate Experience (In Years) 6 Years of relevant experience in Closing and Reporting process with US GAAP background, including data management of daily financial reporting, ledger reconciliations and variance analysis. Technical Skills Proficient in SmartView, Essbase, HFM, Oracle Suite, CUBUS, and PeopleSoft.
