About the Role The Assistant Manager oversees daily operations of a Kwik Star 1759 retail/food location to ensure efficient service, food safety, and a welcoming store environment. This role supports store leadership, focusing on people, processes, and performance to drive guest satisfaction and profitability. What You'll Do
- Oversee all aspects of running a retail/food location
- Hire, train, and schedule 20-60 coworkers
- Work in the kitchen as needed and ensure food safety standards
- Manage ordering and inventory control
- Oversee P&Ls and financial performance
- Maintain a clean and stocked store environment What We're Looking For

- Salary range: $56,000.00 to $81,855.80 per year
- 40% of pre-tax profits shared with coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of gross annual wage depending on profitability
