The Assistant Manager oversees all aspects of running a retail/food location, balancing guest experience with store performance. This role combines people leadership, kitchen operations, and financial oversight to ensure smooth daily operations and profitability.
What You'll Do
- Oversee all aspects of running a retail/food location
- Hire, train, and schedule 20-60 coworkers
- Ensure food safety and kitchen operations
- Manage ordering and inventory control
- Monitor P&Ls and financial performance
- Maintain a clean and inviting store; manage cleaning and stocking
- Resolve coworker and customer concerns and mentor others
- Be adaptable to a fast-paced environment and shifting priorities
- Manage scheduling around a typical 45-hour, 5-day workweek with overtime as needed

- Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: USD 54,562.30 to USD 81,855.80 per year

- 40% of pre-tax profits shared with coworkers; bonuses ranging from 8-12% of gross annual wage depending on profitability
