About the Role Support the daily operations of a Kwik Trip retail/food location, leading a team and ensuring exceptional guest experience. This onsite leadership role at Hastings, MN (Kwik Trip #249) oversees hiring, training, scheduling, kitchen duties, food safety, inventory, P&Ls, and store cleanliness, with opportunities for growth within the company. What You'll Do
- Oversees all aspects of running a retail/food location
- Hiring, training, and scheduling of 20-60 coworkers
- Must be willing to work in the kitchen
- Food safety
- Ordering and inventory control
- P&Ls
- Cleaning and stocking; maintain a clean and inviting store
- Lead and mentor coworkers
- Schedule typically 45 hours during a 5-day workweek with overtime at time and a half for hours over 40 in a week What We're Looking For
