About the Role This role oversees all aspects of running a Kwik Trip retail/food location, including leadership of team members and ensuring smooth daily operations at Kwik Trip Store #178 in South St. Paul, MN. What You'll Do
- Hire, train, and schedule 20-60 coworkers
- Ensure food safety and kitchen readiness
- Manage ordering, inventory control, and P&Ls
- Maintain a clean and inviting store; assist in cleaning and stocking
- Lead scheduling and day-to-day problem solving What We're Looking For
- Great people skills; ability to resolve coworker and customer concerns
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Desire to mentor others and develop talent
- Prior management/leadership experience Nice to Have
