About the Role
The Assistant Manager oversees all aspects of running a Kwik Trip retail/food location, including staffing, operations, and profitability. This role supports store performance through leadership of hiring, training, scheduling, food safety, inventory control, P&L management, and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.
What You'll Do
- Oversee all aspects of running a Kwik Trip retail/food location
- Hire, train, and schedule 20-60 coworkers
- Ensure food safety and quality
- Manage ordering and inventory control
- Drive P&L performance
- Maintain cleaning and stocking of the store

- Salary range: $54,500.00 to $81,800.00 per year (USD)
- Salary type: yearly; total compensation may include profit sharing
- 40% of pre-tax profits back to coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage, depending on profitability

- Schedule typically 45 hours over a 5-day work week, with overtime pay at time and a half for hours over 40
