What You'll Do

  • Oversee all aspects of running a retail/food location

  • Hire, train, and schedule 20-60 coworkers

  • Must be willing to work in the kitchen, handle kitchen duties, and ensure food safety

  • Manage ordering, inventory control, and P&Ls

  • Lead cleaning and stocking to maintain a clean and inviting store

  • Schedule typically 45 hours per week with time-and-a-half for overtime beyond 40 hours

  • Collaborate with Store and District Leaders; potential career progression from Assistant Manager to higher leadership roles

  • Salary: $54,500.00 to $81,800.00 per year (USD)

  • 40% of pre-tax profits shared with coworkers, with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of gross annual wage depending on profitability

  • Note: Overtime pay at time-and-a-half for hours over 40 per week
