About the Role
As an Assistant Manager at Kwik Trip 1014, you will oversee day-to-day operations of a retail/food location, lead hiring, training and scheduling of 20-60 coworkers, and ensure food safety, inventory control, P&Ls, and store presentation. The role combines people leadership with hands-on operations to deliver strong guest experiences and business results.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $54,562 - $81,855 per year

Profit sharing: 40% of pre-tax profits back to coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of gross annual wage depending on profitability
