About the Role
As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of running a Kwik Trip retail/food location, including staffing, operations, and compliance. You will lead a team, manage daily store performance, and support leadership in delivering a high-quality guest experience.
What You'll Do
- Oversee all aspects of running a retail/food location
- Hire, train, and schedule 20-60 coworkers
- Ensure food safety
- Order and manage inventory control
- Manage P&Ls
- Clean and stock the store

- Salary range: $54,562.00 to $81,855.00 per year (USD)
- 40% of pre-tax profits back to coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of gross annual wage depending on company profitability
