What You'll Do

Oversee all aspects of running a retail/food location

Hire, train, and schedule 20-60 coworkers

Maintain cleaning and stocking

Solve coworker and customer concerns and mentor others

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range: $54,562.30 to $81,855.80 per year

40% of pre-tax profits back to coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of gross annual wage depending on company profitability
