About the Role As an Assistant Manager at Kwik Trip (Kwik Star #1025) in Estherville, IA, you will oversee all aspects of running a retail/food location, including kitchen operations, food safety, inventory, and P&Ls. You’ll lead hiring, training, and scheduling 20-60 coworkers, and help maintain a clean, inviting store. Kwik Trip offers a strong culture with profit-sharing: 40% of pre-tax profits back to coworkers, with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability. - Oversee all aspects of running a retail/food location
- Hire, train, and schedule 20-60 coworkers
- Be willing to work in the kitchen and maintain food safety
- Handle ordering and inventory control
- Manage P&Ls and budgeting
- Ensure cleaning, stocking, and a clean, inviting store What We're Looking For

- Salary range: $50,000.00 to $73,950.00 per year (USD)
- Profit sharing: 40% of pre-tax profits back to coworkers; bonuses ranging from 8-12% of gross annual wage depending on profitability
