About the Role
The Assistant Manager oversees all aspects of running a Kwik Star location, including leading the team, hiring, training, and scheduling 20-60 coworkers. This role requires willingness to work in the kitchen, focus on food safety, inventory control, P&Ls, and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.

- Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $54,500.00 to $81,800.00 per year
- Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity
- 40% of pre-tax profits shared with coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability

- Typical schedule: 45 hours per week over five days; overtime paid at time and a half for any hours over 40 in a week
