About the Role The Assistant Manager oversees all aspects of running a Kwik Trip retail/food location with a focus on leadership, operations, and profitability. This role includes hiring, training, and scheduling 20-60 coworkers, working in the kitchen, ensuring food safety, managing ordering and inventory, P&Ls, and maintaining a clean, inviting store. What You'll Do
- Hire, train, and schedule 20-60 coworkers
- Must be willing to work in the kitchen and ensure food safety
- Oversee ordering, inventory control, and P&Ls
- Maintain a clean, inviting store and stock levels
- Resolve coworker and customer concerns and mentor others What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of leadership/management experience
- Great people skills; ability to resolve coworker and customer concerns
- Ability to problem solve challenges and shift priorities quickly in a fast-paced environment
