Assistant Manager at Kwik Trip oversees all aspects of running a retail/food location, including staffing, kitchen duties, food safety, inventory, and P&Ls. This role leads and mentors a team of 20-60 coworkers and ensures a clean, inviting store environment.
What You'll Do

Oversee all aspects of running a retail/food location

Hire, train, and schedule 20-60 coworkers

Work in the kitchen when needed

Manage ordering and inventory control

Handle P&Ls and operational reporting

Pay Range: $50,000.00 to $73,950.00 per year (USD)

40% of pre-tax profits distributed back to coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on profitability
