About the Role
This role is an Assistant Manager for a Kwik Star 1154 location, overseeing all aspects of running a retail/food location with a focus on operations, people leadership, and guest experience.
What You'll Do
- Hire, train, and schedule 20-60 coworkers
- Must be willing to work in the kitchen and uphold food safety standards
- Manage ordering, inventory control, and P&Ls
- Clean, stock, and maintain a welcoming store
- Lead and mentor teammates, resolve coworker and customer concerns, and adapt to changing priorities
- What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of leadership/management experience
- Great people skills and ability to resolve coworker and customer concerns
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities
- Desire to mentor others and maintain a clean, inviting store
- Willingness to work in the kitchen and in food service
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills
- Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $54,500.00 to $81,855.80 per year
- 40% of pre-tax profits back to coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of gross annual wage depending on profitability
