About the Role
The Assistant Manager oversees all aspects of running a Kwik Trip Kwik Star store location. Responsible for hiring, training, and scheduling 20-60 coworkers; kitchen duties and food safety; inventory control; P&Ls; and maintaining a clean, inviting store. This role supports store operations and leadership development within the Kwik Trip organization.

- Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: USD 54,500.00 to 81,855.80 per year
- Bonuses: Kwik Trip shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of gross annual wage depending on profitability

- Schedule: Typically 45 hours per week; time and a half for any overtime over 40 hours
