Assistant Manager oversees all aspects of running a retail/food location. This role combines leadership, operations, and customer service to deliver a great guest experience and ensure store profitability.
What You'll Do
- Hire, train, and schedule 20-60 coworkers; manage day-to-day store operations
- Must be willing to work in the kitchen and ensure food safety
- Handle ordering and inventory control; manage P&Ls
- Maintain store cleanliness and stocking

- Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $54,500.00 - $81,800.00 per year
- Bonus: Kwik Trip shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers; bonuses ranging from 8-12% of gross annual wage depending on profitability
- Schedule: typically 45 hours per week (5 days); overtime paid at time and half over 40 hours
