Assistant Manager oversees all aspects of running a Kwik Trip retail/food location. This role focuses on people leadership, store operations, food safety, and profitability to deliver a positive guest experience.
What You'll Do
- Oversee hiring, training, and scheduling of 20-60 coworkers
- Ensure food safety and quality standards
- Manage ordering and inventory control
- Handle P&Ls and store profitability
- Direct cleaning, stocking, and store presentation
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members
- Maintain a clean and inviting store; adapt to fast-paced environment

- Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $54,500.00 to $81,800.00 per year (USD)
- 40% of pre-tax profits back to coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of gross annual wage depending on profitability
