Assistant Manager at Kwik Star 1292 oversees all aspects of running a retail/food location, including staffing, kitchen operations, food safety, inventory management, and P&Ls. What You'll Do
- Oversee all aspects of running a retail/food location
- Hire, train, and schedule 20-60 coworkers
- Be willing to work in the kitchen and uphold food safety standards
- Manage ordering and inventory control
- Oversee P&Ls and financial performance
- Maintain cleaning, stocking, and overall store appearance

- Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $56,000.00 to $81,855.80 per year
- Additional pay: Kwik Trip shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers; bonuses ranging from 8-12% of gross annual wage depending on profitability
