Assistant Manager

About the Role

Assistant Manager oversees all aspects of running a retail/food location, leading a team to deliver great guest experiences and ensure operational excellence. This role includes hiring, training, scheduling, kitchen involvement, food safety, inventory control, and managing P&Ls.

What You'll Do

• Hiring, training, scheduling of 20-60 coworkers

• Must be willing to work in the kitchen

• Food safety

• Ordering, inventory control

• P&Ls

• Cleaning and stocking

• Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $56,000.00 to $81,855.80 per year

• Kwik Trip shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers, with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of gross annual wage depending on profitability
