Assistant Manager at Kwik Star 1711 oversees every aspect of running a retail/food location. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and scheduling 20-60 coworkers, working in the kitchen, ensuring food safety, managing ordering and inventory, and maintaining P&Ls and store cleanliness. This role combines leadership with hands-on operations in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do

- Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $56,000.00 to $81,800.00 per year.
- 40% of pre-tax profits back to coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of gross annual wage depending on company profitability.
