About the Role
The Assistant Manager role oversees all aspects of running a Kwik Trip retail/food location. You will hire, train, and schedule 20-60 coworkers, work in the kitchen as needed, and help manage food safety, inventory, and store operations.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations of a Kwik Trip retail/food location
- Hire, train, and schedule 20-60 coworkers
- Be willing to work in the kitchen and uphold food safety standards
- Manage ordering and inventory control
- Monitor P&Ls and support store profitability
- Ensure cleanliness, stocking, and overall store presentation

- Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $56,000 to $81,855.80 per year
- 40% of pre-tax profits shared with coworkers, with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of gross annual wage depending on profitability
