About the Role As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of running a retail/food location, including people leadership, operations, and profitability at Kwik Star #1708 in Fargo, ND. You will help mentor and develop coworkers while ensuring a clean, inviting store and high standards of food safety and guest service. What You'll Do
- Hiring, training, and scheduling of 20-60 coworkers
- Food safety oversight
- Ordering and inventory control
- P&Ls and financial accountability
- Cleaning and stocking
- Other store operations as needed What We're Looking For
