About the Role As Assistant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of running a Kwik Trip retail/food location, including people management, kitchen operations, inventory control, and P&Ls. You’ll help maintain a clean, inviting store and lead a team to deliver fast, friendly service.
What You'll Do
- Hire, train, and schedule 20-60 coworkers
- Work in the kitchen and ensure food safety
- Manage ordering, inventory control
- Oversee P&Ls
- Maintain cleanliness and stocking
- Resolve coworker and customer concerns; mentor others
- Collaborate with Store Leadership to drive profitability
