About the Role This role oversees all aspects of running a Kwik Trip retail/food location and serves as a key leader in daily operations. You will mentor and manage a team of 20-60 coworkers, ensure food safety and kitchen readiness, and drive inventory, ordering, and profitability to deliver great guest experiences. What You'll Do
- Hire, train, and schedule 20-60 coworkers, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
- Be willing to work in the kitchen to support food preparation and safety.
- Ensure food safety standards and quality control across all shifts.
- Manage ordering and inventory control; monitor P&Ls and store performance.
- Maintain a clean, inviting store and proper stocking/merchandising.
- Partner with leadership to drive guest satisfaction and store profitability. What We're Looking For

- Prior management or leadership experience. Nice to Have
- Previous management/leadership experience in retail or food service.
- Experience in retail/food service leadership is a plus.
- Experience working in a kitchen environment is a plus. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $54,500 - $81,800 per year.
- Bonus/Profit sharing: Kwik Trip shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers, with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of gross annual wage depending on profitability.
