Assistant Manager - Engineering Leader
Job Description
- Responsible for each delivery of project delegated to Design Leader.
- Coach and mentor for Designer and Sr Design Engineer.
- Specialist of his domain to perform the task and challenge other for any new concept.
- Able to manage size of team 4 to 7 member under his group of project on same domain.
- Able to take quick technical Decision on basis of his technical BMIR standard to propose hypothesis to customer.
- Self-driven and develop system as per customer request.
- Take an approval from Manager or HOD for any deviation on Cost quality and delivery which impact performance.
- Minimum 2 years of Working Experience in Harness routing using CAD tools - CATIA for Passenger cars & commercial Vehicles (Panel Van, Truck, Bus etc.,) in OEMS /TIER I Suppliers
- Knowledge / working experience in any of Product Data management tools
- Knowledge of complete vehicle & vehicle architecture
- Knowledge on harness components like Connectors , wires, relays, fuse, protections, supports etc Experience in wiring harness & Vehicle development program and DFMEA
- Knowledge in Product Design and drawings of wiring harness including circuit schematics.
- Knowledge of automobile EE functions, on high-end vehicles (BCM/EMS/ABS/Airbags)
