Description and Requirements

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Value of New Business (VNB) Reporting and analysis in the Malaysia Center of Excellence (CoE).

Principal Responsibilities:

• Support VNB reporting, analysis of change, and related activities.
• Ensure data accuracy, data meeting required level of completeness, and timely delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement improvements to existing workflows and procedures using AI tools.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and review support to junior team members as required.
• Perform ad hoc requests.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science or a related field, with at least 4 years of actuarial experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to analyze, interpret and address stakeholder needs
• Strong learning agility, adaptability and work ethic required.
• Experience with actuarial modeling software, Prophet, is preferred.

Qualification Required:

• Good progress in actuarial exams.
