This is a full-time position (50 hours per week).

Responsibilities

Assist in restaurant operations and conditions to ensure the quality of the product and Guest service and Hospitality

Reviews documentation to assess the quality of restaurant operations

Assists with the training of non-management employees

Assigns duties and responsibilities to Team Members based upon work requirements

Administer kitchen set up by creating prep sheets and station and cleaning duties

Attend Manager and Certified Trainer meetings

Perform basic register functions including voids, comps, discounts, other table maintenance
-
Assist management in monitoring food and beverage preparation, receiving and storage

Rectifies Guest complaints
-
When needed, may perform the duties of a Server, Bartender, Host, Expediter, Line/Prep Cook or Dishwasher

Hourly Team Member
Average Pay: $10 – $20 per hour

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000

- 8-10 Week Training Program
- Area AO (Area of Ownership) Meetings
- A wealth of opportunities to hone your business and people skills
Manager
Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000
After a minimum of six months as an Assistant Manager, you may be ready for your next big move up. As you continue to develop your leadership skills, you may enjoy such growth options as:
- Development through the EMERGE program to bring out the best leader in you
- Mentoring opportunities through the RISE program
- Online manager development training modules
- On-the-job skill training in schedule writing, budgeting, data analysis, and more
General Manager
Salary Range: $65,000 – $90,000
When you have established your reputation for excellence and have demonstrated the ability to develop others, we'll help you grow into a General Manager role where you may continue your development through:
- Participation in the ELEVATE program to strengthen the preparation and support for our new General Managers.
- Ongoing training on operational systems, people management, marketing, accounting and more
- Possible participation in the LEAD development program designed to further refine your leadership skills
