About the Role The Assistant Manager at Hollister Chandler Fashion Center will drive sales and deliver best-in-class customer service while overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing routines. The role blends business strategy, operations, merchandising, and people leadership with a path to grow into future leaders of the store.
What You'll Do
- Perform opening and closing routines.
- Supervise sales floor and stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless operations.
- Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
- Train and develop the non-management staff.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
- Build and maintain visual displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
- Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
- Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
- Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
- Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
- Maintain a strong customer focus.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends.
- Drive to achieve results and exhibit a strong work ethic.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
