Assistant Manager - BOP

About the Role As Assistant Manager - BOP at Renault Group, you will support the commodity strategy and supplier management for BOP and Non-BOP commodities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive supplier development to meet QCDDM targets and Nissan KPIs. The role focuses on building a competitive supplier base, implementing approved sourcing strategies, and leading LSPM/Buyer activities to enable development and production milestones. What You'll Do

• Support the development and management of a competitive supplier base for BOP and Non-BOP commodities; help develop commodity strategies with cross-functional teams; update supplier panel for approval; assist with supplier sustainability assessments and QCDDM evaluations; implement approved strategies across sourcing and development activities.
• Contribute to the sourcing plan; manage NDA, RFQ, quotes, and NRC processes per Renault-Nissan standards; assist in supplier nominations and ensure NSC documentation is complete; support RFQ evaluations, technical screenings, and supplier negotiations.
• Provide supplier input during design phases and assist with VT approvals; process VT POs and support development activities through LSPM/Buyer; ensure timely supplier capacity building and PSW sign-offs; coordinate timely PO releases for development and production milestones.
• Monitor QCDDM performance and assist in corrective actions; support supplier performance tracking and issue resolution; participate in negotiations to meet targets.
• Lead and align LSPM and Buyer teams in executing sourcing strategies and meet performance targets; ensure alignment with BOP and Non-BOP strategies and Nissan KPIs; promote continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Support workforce planning, address skill gaps, participate in performance reviews, and foster an inclusive work environment. What We're Looking For
• Experience in procurement and supplier management, preferably within automotive/Renault-Nissan supplier networks.
• Knowledge of NDA, RFQ, quotation and NRC processes per Renault-Nissan standards.
• Ability to develop commodity strategies and manage supplier panels; experience with QCDDM metrics and supplier negotiations.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in VT approvals, LSPM/Buyer execution, and development programs with PO management.
• Leadership experience to guide LSPM/Buyer teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Commitment to sustainability and supplier development; ability to track performance against KPIs (Nissan KPIs).
