About the role
A Bohme Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role helps lead, coach, and develop the team while ensuring the store meets performance, merchandising, and operational standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, assisting with scheduling, handling customer escalations, managing inventory, and supporting opening and closing procedures.
