We are seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Manager to oversee the daily operations of a vibrant bar & lounge, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient team management, and profitable business performance.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily bar and lounge operations, ensuring smooth service delivery
Supervise, train, and coordinate bartenders, servers, and support staff
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints promptly
Monitor inventory, conduct stock audits, and minimize wastage
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years' experience in bar, lounge, or hospitality management
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations
Experience with inventory control, cost management, and POS systems
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
