About the Role The Assistant Manager drives sales through customer service and business analysis while overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing routines. They apply styling, product knowledge, and floorset updates to enhance the customer experience and drive visual merchandising. They lead talent, including recruiting, training, engagement, and development, with a promote-from-within mindset for future leadership.
What You'll Do
- Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
- Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
- Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
- Train and develop the non-management staff.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
- Build and maintain visual displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
- Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
- Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
- Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
- Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
- Maintain a strong customer focus.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends.
- Drive to achieve results and exhibit a strong work ethic.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits
- The starting rate for this position is $23.00 per hour; the rate and range may be modified in the future.
