Assistant Manager at Kwik Star #1749 oversees all aspects of running a retail/food location. - What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of leadership/management experience
- Great people skills and ability to resolve coworker and customer concerns
- Ability to problem solve, shift priorities quickly, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to mentor others and maintain a clean, inviting store
- Prior management/leadership experience
- Willingness to work a schedule of 45 hours per week with potential overtime
- Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $51,800 - $54,500 per year (USD)
- Bonuses: Kwik Trip shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers, with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of gross annual wage depending on profitability
