Assistant Kids Club Manager

Do you have a passion for creating memorable experiences for children and families? As an Assistant Kids Club Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Kids Club, ensuring a safe, engaging, and fun environment for our young guests. You will lead the team in delivering exceptional activities and experiences while maintaining the highest standards of safety, service, and guest satisfaction.

What you will be doing:

• Manage the daily operations of the Kids Club and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead, motivate, train, and develop the Kids Club team.
• Plan, organize, and supervise age-appropriate recreational, educational, and entertainment activities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children attending the Kids Club.
• Build strong relationships with guests and respond to inquiries, feedback, and special requests professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Monitor supplies, equipment, and activity materials, ensuring they are well-maintained and readily available.
• Assist in creating innovative programs and seasonal activities that enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a Kids Club, childcare, recreation, or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Passion for working with children and creating engaging experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of child safety procedures, first aid, and emergency response protocols is an advantage.
• Creative, energetic, and guest-focused personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
