Assistant IT Manager
Job Description
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the IT department and to deliver a prompt and efficient service to all departments.
- Manage and support all hotel systems, including in-house guest IT troubleshooting
- Liaise with vendors and maintain inventory of all equipment, software and licences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with minimum 4 years of relevant experience, including 1 year in a similar capacity
- Proficiency in English language, MS Office suite, and Windows Operating System
- Excellent organizational, follow-through and communication skills
