Registered in Singapore & Indonesia, we can assist with your growth plans and strategies, and continue to expand our regional presence with strong regional partners to assist our client in recruitment and branding strategy.
Job Description:
- Support the HR Director in developing and implementing HR strategies and the company’s annual HR work plan.
- Assist in developing, updating, and overseeing the implementation of HR policies, regulations, and SOPs.
- Oversee and coordinate recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding processes to meet manpower requirements.
- Oversee performance management and support employee performance evaluation and talent development.
- Support the HR Director in handling strategic HR matters by providing analysis and recommendations, while overseeing HR administration to ensure accurate and complete data and documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
- More than 2 years of relevant work experience, including at least 1 year of management experience in the same position, with outstanding contribution or performance.
- Knowledge of HRIS and Human Resources.
- Good communication, leadership, integrity, decision-making, and managerial skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Mandarin proficiency is mandatory, with strong responsibility, service awareness, teamwork, professionalism, ethics, and adaptability.
