Job Description
The incumbent will work closely with the Housing Manager to oversee the property and related duties. Experience in housing management a plus. Requires 2-3 years of experience in social service delivery with senior citizens; strong community relation skills and ability to relate to people of all ages essential.
SUPERVISION
Received: Works under the direct supervision of the Housing Manager and general supervision of the Housing Director.
Exercised: None.
RATE: $19.11 (Experience will be considered)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist housing manager with the day-to-day activities of operating housing facility- i.e., annual re-certifications, apartment inspections, and wait list.
- Responsible for having adequate knowledge of HUD Handbook 4350.3 rules and regulations.
