JOB PURPOSE
The Assistant, Grand Vendeur is responsible for assisting the Grand Vendeur with the day-to-day job functions to successfully support his/her clients and sales. The Assistant must maintain the highest level of customer service in all communications in line with Christian Dior expectations.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Assist Grand Vendeur with all appointments and client communications
- Process transactions on behalf of the Grand Vendeur
- Provide aftersales service to Grand Vendeur clients
- Assist Grand Vendeur by facilitating communication with clients, management, and boutique network
- Manage all incoming requests to the Grand Vendeur
- Execute miscellaneous housekeeping and administration tasks when needed
