About the Role Join PUMA Retail Stores as Assistant Store Manager (Marche Centrale) in Montreal. You will help lead an energetic team and ensure a superior customer experience aligned with PUMA values, while driving store performance and profitability. What You'll Do

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in the store per brand values and service standards.
• Ensure the store can reach or exceed sales, profitability and KPI targets through short- and long-term planning, controlling expenses, sales and service.
• Assist the store manager with recruitment, training, development and succession of sales associates and high-performing, results-driven supervisors.
• Support payroll control and service-oriented scheduling to maintain a highly profitable operation with excellent customer service.
• Act as Store Manager in the absence of the Store Manager for any reason.
• Ensure completion and effectiveness of training programs.
• Manage and monitor loss prevention education and awareness programs.
• Comply with all policies and procedures, essential operations skills and primary responsibilities.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, compliant work and shopping environment.
• Attend offsite training and job-related meetings as needed; travel may be required.
• Work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required. What We're Looking For
• 2-4 years of management experience in a targeted, customer-service oriented retail environment (apparel/footwear preferred).
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and to reason through complex problems.
• Ability to present information to large groups.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills; bilingual in English and French (Quebec).
• Fast learner with basic MS Office skills.
• Ability to stand/walk continuously and to lift up to 30 pounds. Nice to Have
• Experience in apparel or footwear retail (preferred). Compensation & Benefits
• Base pay: 26.60 - 29.60 USD per hour plus benefits. Benefit Summary for Full Time referenced in posting.
