Assistant General Manager

Requirements and Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience; high school diploma or equivalent required; Proven ability to lead, coach, train, and develop front-of-house teams; Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service, staffing, and scheduling; Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Preferred Background and Skills:

Background in an upscale, high-volume, or service-focused restaurant environment; Experience with beverage operations, inventory, ordering, and cost control; Understanding of restaurant financials, profitability, budgeting, and expense management; Hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing teams and maintaining high service standards; Professional, personable, and adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
